Our in-house parts brand, importing directly from OEM and OES manufacturers. FleetPro drives the total cost of maintenance down for our Partner Plus clients.
For fleet clients without a dedicated Fleet Management Company, Partner Plus delivers fleet management, the service arm, and parts savings under one umbrella.
For mobile fleet maintenance operators missing the resources to scale. Service AFS nationwide clients, unlock FMC benefits, FleetPro pricing, and the recurring revenue of Partner Plus.
Fleet management, scheduled maintenance, and in-house parts under one contract — $65 per vehicle / month, no Fleet Management Company required. Add a maintenance plan and that fee drops 40% to $39. Most fleets cut their wear-and-tear repair spend by roughly 30% in the first year.
See Partner Plus Pricing → Browse the maintenance plans →One platform decides what every unit needs and when, sequencing work so your fleet stays inside its monthly budget, compliant, and safe. You stop chasing vendors and approving line items.
No tiers. $125 / month for Class 1 & 2, $210 for Class 3 & 4 — oil, filters, transmission service, and four inspections a year, performed on site. Tires and brakes available as a custom add-on.
Every FleetPro part on a repair comes in at 40% off retail, on a labor rate contracted below market. On a 300-vehicle fleet that is $370,956 a year — $1,237 per vehicle.
Shop and dealership visits require payroll employees waiting 2–3 hours per service — and your vehicle sits for days. Mobile vendors add $100–$200 trip charges plus billed time when techs leave for parts. AFS Partner Plus replaces both with on-site service and in-house parts pricing. Estimate your monthly impact below.
Figures are estimates based on the assumptions shown. Includes transport labor, wait time, vehicle downtime, parts markup, and trip-charge differentials where applicable. Actual savings vary by service mix, route density, and existing rate structure.
Partner Plus replaces the traditional Fleet Management Company model with an in-house service arm, FleetPro parts pricing, and a structured Fleet Roadworthy Plan — at a fraction of typical FMC cost.

No tiers to decode. Every enrolled vehicle gets the same Standard Maintenance Plan — scheduled, onsite, performed by AFS-certified technicians — priced by weight class. Tires and brakes are handled as wear-and-tear repairs at FleetPro pricing, or folded into a Custom Maintenance Plan if you want them covered. Every plan includes quarterly inspections — four per vehicle, every year.
A dealership and consumer shop tool built around upselling retail customers. Covers 20–30 visual checkpoints with no standardized federal or state requirement. Results are color-coded as a sales tool — not a compliance document. An MPI is not recognized by FMCSA or state DOT as a compliance inspection and provides no protection against roadside inspection failures or regulatory violations.
A comprehensive vehicle health assessment built on FMCSA guidelines, state DOT protocols, and commercial fleet safety standards. Every inspection produces a documented report categorized by Safety, Preventive, and Maintenance items per AFS Fleet Roadworthy Plan standards. Results are pass/fail determinations against regulatory benchmarks — timestamped, technician-certified, and stored in your Partner Plus portal for full audit trail compliance.

Enroll — Class 3 & 4 Build a Custom PlanTires and brakes are not part of the Standard Plan — consumption varies too widely by route, load, and driver to price fairly across a whole fleet. Instead they are quoted as a Custom Maintenance Plan add-on, built around your actual wear data, or performed as needed at FleetPro parts pricing with 40% off retail.
Anything in the Standard Plan can be dialed up the same way — more oil changes, more inspections, added driveline or cooling service. Reach out to sales for pricing on your custom plan.
Talk to Sales — Custom Plan →Program Terms — Coverage Qualification. The AFS Partner Plus Standard Maintenance Plan requires enrollment in a recurring scheduled service appointment (weekly or bi-weekly based on fleet size). All plans are subject to coverage qualification requirements. Tires and brakes are excluded from the Standard Plan and are available as a Custom Maintenance Plan add-on or performed as needed at FleetPro parts pricing. AFS reserves the right to require remediation of pre-existing conditions that are causing accelerated consumption or premature failure of covered service items prior to continued coverage — including but not limited to active engine oil leaks causing consumption exceeding one quart per 1,000 miles. AFS will document and communicate all qualifying conditions transparently. Minimum 80% of client's active fleet must be enrolled. All services performed by AFS-certified technicians using FleetPro-sourced parts meeting OES/OEM-equivalent specifications. Maintenance plans are an add-on to the Partner Plus Fleet Management base plan ($65/vehicle/month, discounted 40% to $39/vehicle/month with an active maintenance plan). Full terms and conditions available upon enrollment.
These are the repairs that actually come up on a working fleet, priced two ways. Market is typical independent-shop parts at a $185 / hour labor rate. Partner Plus is FleetPro parts at 40% off retail on our contracted $145 / hour rate. Modeled across a 300-vehicle fleet, here is what the difference is worth.
Send us your unit count and mix and we will run this same model against your actual fleet — no obligation.
How to read this. Figures illustrate wear-and-tear repair work priced against FleetPro parts at 40% off retail and the contracted Partner Plus labor rate, modeled across a 300-vehicle fleet. They are separate from the Standard Maintenance Plan values above, which cover scheduled service only. Bar lengths are scaled to the highest-cost job shown. Replacement intervals are fleet averages. Actual savings depend on your fleet mix, duty cycle, and the condition of units at enrollment.
AFS has made tremendous contributions to my division's maintenance spend, fleet utilization, and reliability. Between fuel costs, tow fees, rental fees, and repairs, my division saved just under $2.5 million dollars in the last fiscal year. It's a no-brainer to me — they align on my priorities of safety and compliance.
At first our corporate office questioned AFS, but they're incredibly precise with the photos and notes in their inspection forms. AFS eventually revealed that our other vendors were cherry-picking repairs and disregarding major safety-critical work our fleet needed. Now corporate is pushing other branches across multiple states to use them.
AFS is a no-BS company. They're not perfect, but they own up to it and make the changes to accommodate my fleet. Their fleet manager is constantly asking how they can be better — “what does good look like to you?” — so they can adapt. Hats off to the AFS team for living up to your slogan and your values.
Operators, builders, and field veterans behind Automotive Fleet Solutions.

Andrew has spent more than 12 years in the automotive industry, working his way through retail, corporate, startup, and executive roles. Before founding AFS, he was an early operator at RepairSmith, the mobile mechanic company later acquired by AutoNation, and went on to launch and lead the fleet maintenance division at Get Spiffy, growing it into one of the largest mobile fleet operations on the West Coast. Andrew founded AFS in 2024 with a simple belief: fleet customers deserve a maintenance partner built around their operation, not the shop's hours. He's built the company around that promise ever since.

Nathan brings more than 40 years of hands-on automotive experience to AFS, beginning his career as a master technician and transmission rebuilder. He led one of the top-performing regions at RepairSmith and went on to direct operations for Get Spiffy's Amazon maintenance services. At AFS, Nathan leads field operations across every market, making sure the same standard of quality, safety, and craftsmanship shows up at every appointment, in every yard, every day.

Adrian started his automotive career more than 20 years ago as a master technician, and that technical foundation still shapes how he works with clients today. After leading regional operations at both RepairSmith and Get Spiffy, Adrian joined AFS to head business development. He partners with fleet operators to understand their challenges firsthand and build service programs that actually fit the way their fleets run.

Michael knows mobile fleet service from every angle. He founded and ran his own heavy-duty mobile fleet company, serving customers across 48 states before successfully selling the business. With 30 years in the industry, Michael now serves as Senior Field Service Manager at AFS headquarters, where he leads the largest AFS team in the country and makes sure every customer gets quick, reliable, and professional service.

Aaron built his career helping automotive businesses run better, first guiding Midas franchise locations to stronger performance, then leading parts procurement at RepairSmith, where he developed supplier programs and oversaw service van build-outs. At AFS, Aaron leads supply chain and process implementation, including FleetPro Parts, our in-house parts program designed to deliver quality parts at better prices for our customers.
