Program Terms — Coverage Qualification. AFS Partner Plus maintenance packages require enrollment in a recurring scheduled service appointment (weekly or bi-weekly based on fleet size). All packages are subject to coverage qualification requirements. AFS reserves the right to require remediation of pre-existing conditions that are causing accelerated consumption or premature failure of covered service items prior to continued coverage — including but not limited to: active engine oil leaks causing consumption exceeding one quart per 1,000 miles; brake wear caused by pre-existing caliper, hardware, or rotor conditions; or tire wear caused by uncorrected alignment or suspension issues. AFS will document and communicate all qualifying conditions transparently. Minimum 80% of client's active fleet must be enrolled. All services performed by AFS-certified technicians using FleetPro-sourced parts meeting OES/OEM-equivalent specifications. Maintenance packages are an add-on to the Partner Plus Fleet Management base plan ($95/vehicle/month). Full terms and conditions available upon enrollment.
